We are able to measure and certify all the fundamental technical data that determine the quality of a coating such as hardness, strength of adhesion, thickness, micro-structure, degree of finish and contamination at the interface.
The high technology of our instruments and the competence of the laboratory staff have allowed us to qualify for the analysis of Thermal Spray coatings in the aeronautical sector.
Thanks to the laboratory we are able to improve and optimize the standard coating parameters, offering coatings that are more and more performing, and to guarantee the best solution to every customer need.
ELECTRICAL INSULATION TEST
Metal-Plasma is also equipped with an instrument for testing the insulation of our ceramic coatings up to 5000 volts.
